So I had a great first day. I actually wrote a post but then my computer died..and then I realized my converter only has two holes and not the third..so I can’t charge it… Oh and I forgot my phone charger so I’m out an Aussie phone too. BUT I had no problems getting to the hostel (thats the link for it). As I was putting my things in my room, I met these three awesome girls who are road tripping through everywhere. I went out with them to explore the city and turns out they were vegetarian too, which was just the begining of how cool they were. We hit it off great. THey invited me to road trip up to Brisbane next week but I think I need more time in the South. Things are mighty expensive here..Oh, and when we were exploring, we ran into the Sea Shepards activists, the Discovery Show about the people who throw things at the Japanese Whaling ships. THe city is really cool though. Tons of landscape art, cool architecture, and the people here are way too cool to even be considered scene. They are beyond it. But Melbourne is SAF times ten. I am the only one awake now, because I fell asleep at 7 last night.. To know what time it is, add three hours, and then a day, that’s where I am. I didn’t even live through Wednesday last week. Im so cool I bypassed it altogehter. OHHHH and I met these two Irish chicks who want to buy a car and go down the Great Ocean Road and I do toooo! So we may travel together! TOnight is a huge party at the hostel which will be good, I want to meet more people and see who all is traveling where. Today I will go to the Vic Market for some fresh organic produce, check out the beach, get lost via trams, and hopefully meet some new kids. Ohh, and mom, I heard about this market down by the river that is a garage saler’s paradise. All the rizty people sell their things diirty cheap because its out of season. I’ma try and find that at some point too. OHHH< and I am going to see some penguins this week! And see an Australian Rules Foot match Sat. A party with a couch sufer at some point this weekend, see a local indie theatre production during the week, and get lost and explore. Wish you all were here with me. LOVE YOU!!!
